I really don't remember us eve...Hi Darlene K.!

I really don't remember us ever having any bad gas with this meal. We eat a lot of broccoli, and the cabbage has become a monthly staple ingredient for us, so maybe our bodies are used to it and the gas has ceased to become an issue.

Also, when I make Kielbasa & Cabbage, I boil down the cabbage really good, so that may have something to do with it (make sure you cook it on the stove instead of the microwave like my sad attempt the night I posted this!). In lieu of "Beano" :), I suggest that you avoid gaseous foods like broccoli, cucumbers, and pinto beans.

Good luck, and I hope you enjoy the meal! :)DeAnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08647244749077724607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5315828448329768099.post-51605155157606062182009-06-28T22:11:06.772-04:002009-06-28T22:11:06.772-04:00Hi, DeAna,
I would love to make your Kielbasa &am...Hi, DeAna,

I would love to make your Kielbasa & Cabbage dinner but am concerned that the cabbage will give us gas!
