This meal was really light & refreshing, not to mention quick & easy to make!
Grilled Steak Salad
1/2 lb sirloin or ribeye, cut into strips
2 Tbsp vinagrette salad dressing (I used Balsamic Vinagrette)
Sear meat in a hot skillet until seared on all sides (I know, not exactly grilled but it worked for me!). Stir in vinagrette. Stir and cook for 4- minutes until meat is browned and cooked through and liquid evaporates. Serve over a tossed salad. Drizzle your favorite dressing on top.
