Wok's For Dinner: Venison Stroganoff & Pretzel Bun Sandwiches

These sandwiches are soooo good!  The whole family enjoys when we have Stroganoff Sandwiches.  This was the first time that I used pretzel buns -- and wow were they delicious!!!!!  I bought the pretzel buns in the bakery section of the grocery store, but I really think that I need to find a good homemade recipe and try making them from scratch.  Hamburger buns work really well with this recipe, which is what I have used in the past.

Venison Stroganoff & Pretzel Bun Sandwiches

Ingredients:
1 lb ground venison (you can use ground beef, ground turkey, or ground chicken if you prefer)
1 med. onion, chopped
2-3 fresh button mushrooms, chopped (or 1 can (4 oz) mushroom stems & pieces)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 tub (6oz) nonfat plain Greek yogurt (or 1 tub (8 oz) sour cream)
Salt & pepper, to taste
4 pretzel buns
Cheese slices, if desired

Directions:
Brown meat, onion and mushrooms in large skillet over medium heat.  Drain any grease.  Reduce heat; add soup and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.  Stir in yogurt or sour cream.  Salt and pepper o taste.  Serve on pretzel buns with a slice of cheese.
