I definitely loved the warm weather that we had last week! How about you?
Here's the menu plan that we had last week (remember, I post the menu plan on a 1 week lag so I can have plenty of time to post some recipes during the week to ensure they are linked to the menu).
Monday - Saucy Venison Strips, Linguine, Broccoli, Wax Beans
Tuesday - Minestrone Soup, Crackers
Wednesday - Ham & Swiss Pizza, Spinach Pizza, Cheese Pizza
Thursday - King Ranch Chicken, Broccoli, Sliced Mango, Kiwi & Grape Salad
Friday - Shriner's Fish Fry (we love supporting this event when it rolls around and have made a tradition of eating our plates at the park, letting the kids play on the playground afterwards)
Saturday - Sweet & Sour Dogs, Saute'd Cabbage, Corn
Sunday - Taco Casserole
