Wok's For Dinner: Creamy Chicken Italiano

This is a crock-pot recipe that came from my friend Melissa over at Melissa's Bargain Blog long before she became a blogger. It had been quite awhile since I last made it, and seemed like a good slow cooker meal this go-around.

Creamy Chicken Italiano

Ingredients:
4 frozen chicken breasts
1pkg Italian dressing mix (I use just 1/2 pkg because a full package has quite a kick)
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 3.5-4.5 quart slow cooker. cover and cook on high heat 6-8 hours or on low heat 10-12 hours.

If freezing: After chicken has cooked, place chicken with sauce into a freezer bag. I was able to use just a quart-size freezer bag. Thaw 24 hours in refrigerator; heat in microwave; serve with your favorite side dish & enjoy!

This turned out really tasty! The chicken was so tender, it literally fell apart with a fork. So glad I made it!
