Wok's For Dinner: Spaghetti & String Cheese Meatballs

While I was making tonight's supper, hubs asked what we were having and looked at my menu plan list that I have on the fridge. After reading, he asked me where the string cheese was. No, there isn't string cheese in this recipe. But there is mozzarella, which gets a stringy texture when melted with the meatballs and spaghetti. Yummy!

Spaghetti & String Cheese Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lb frozen meatballs, or your favorite homemade version
1 jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz spaghetti (I used whole wheat)
4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Heat meatballs in a 3 or 4-qt saucepan on medium heat for about 5 minutes, letting them get good & browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat to simmer and cover saucepan. Simmer meatbalsl and spaghetti sauce for about 20 minutes or until meatballs are hetaed through. Meanwhile, prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain water from spaghetti after it is cooked. Return spaghetti to saucepan. Stir meatballs, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese in with spaghetti until cheese is melted. Serve.
