Wok's For Dinner: Smokin' Grilled Pork Chops

The original recipe for this meal is here. I had to make a few variations based on what was in the cupboard.

Smokin' Grilled Pork Chops

4 pork chops
1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp cajun seasoning

In a small bowl, blend together mayonnaise, yogurt, lime juice, garlic and seasoning. Preheat grill and cook chops to desired doneness, about 10 minutes total, turning and brushing with mayonnaise-cajun seasoning mixture.

If freezing: Place cooked pork chops and mayonnaise-cajun seasoning mixture into freezer bag and vacuum-seal, then freeze. Thaw 24 hours in refrigerator, heat in microwave then serve.
